No License Key Anymore - Can't Access My SMP Dashboard

When I try to log in to my SMP dashboard, it takes me to the license key and email authentication screen. When I add my previous email and license key and submit it, the same page reloads and nothing else happens. When I log in to my sitemanpro.com account to check the key, there is no longer any license key displayed.

So, once again, I'm locked out of my SMP application and I can't do customer support etc.
How do I get back in and how do I avoid this issue in the future?
